Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the credit to be applied to your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
